Introduction to the Terms of Use Agreement:
Our online store welcomes you and informs you that you will find below the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal effects arising from your use of the store’s services via the Internet through this electronic platform.
By using the store—whether as a consumer of a service or a product, or otherwise—you hereby acknowledge your approval and acceptance, while being fully legally competent and qualified under Sharia, statutory, and legal regulations, of all the terms and provisions of this agreement. This constitutes confirmation of your commitment to comply with its rules and the provisions stated herein.
This agreement applies to all types of transactions between the consumer and the store. It shall be considered effective and legally binding immediately upon your approval and commencement of registration with the store, in accordance with Article Ten of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
Article One – Introduction and Definitions:
The above preamble shall be considered an integral and inseparable part of this Agreement. Below are the meanings and definitions of the key terms used in this Agreement:
- (The Store): This definition includes all forms of the store on the Internet, whether as an electronic application, a website on the World Wide Web, or a physical commercial store.
- (The Consumer): The individual who engages in e-commerce with the intention of obtaining the products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
- (The Agreement): This term refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
Article Two – Legal Capacity of the Consumer:
The consumer acknowledges that they have full legal capacity, recognized under Sharia and the applicable laws, to engage with the store, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- The consumer agrees that in the event of violating this article, they shall bear the consequences of such violation before third parties.
Article Three – Nature of Obligation:
The store’s obligation towards consumers is to provide the (service or product).
- The store may also provide additional services, such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of the (service or product) requested by the consumer.
Article Four – Usage Regulations:
The consumer shall use the store’s electronic platform in a manner that complies with public decency and the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- When purchasing a service or product from this store, the consumer agrees not to use such service or product in a way that violates public decency or the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Upon applying to join as a member of this store, you are required to provide certain information and choose a username and a confidential password to access the store’s services. By doing so, you agree to the following:
You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use of your account information or any other breach of your confidential information.
Under no circumstances shall the store be held liable for any direct or indirect, moral or material loss resulting from the disclosure of your username or password.
You agree to use your account or membership in the store personally, as you bear full responsibility for it. If someone else uses it, this shall be considered as authorization on your part for them to use the store under your name and account.
You agree to use the store seriously and honestly.
You shall provide true, accurate, up-to-date, complete, and lawful information about yourself as required during registration and agree to update your information in case of any changes or when necessary.
Our store commits to handling your personal information and contact details with full confidentiality.
If the store determines that you have provided false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unlawful information, or in violation of the Terms of Use, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership, store, or account on the platform, without prejudice to the store’s other rights and legal means to recover its rights and protect other consumers.
Failure to comply with any of the above entitles the store management to suspend or cancel your store or membership, or block you from accessing the store’s services again.
Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Contact Methods:
- The parties to this agreement agree that communication shall be conducted via the email registered on the platform.
The consumer agrees that all agreements, notices, data, and other communications provided electronically shall have the same effect as their written counterparts and shall constitute independent evidence for fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements.
The consumer agrees that the store may contact them or notify them of any provisions related to this agreement or their dealings with the store through general messages sent to all consumers or specific users of the store.
Article Seven – Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees:
In the event that any clause or provision of this agreement is canceled or becomes invalid, such an occurrence shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, provisions, rules, and regulations of this agreement, which shall remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
This agreement, which may be amended from time to time as necessary, constitutes the working mechanism, understanding, and agreement between the (Consumer) and the (Store).
The store may impose fees on certain consumers, depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or according to fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or deduct any fees or expenses in accordance with the clauses and provisions of the Terms of Use, for any consumer regardless of the reason for their registration.
Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services for Stores on the Platform:
- The store provides, through its partners, a payment and settlement system on the platform, which may be conducted entirely online via the payment options available on the store or through any payment method provided by the store from time to time.
The store is obligated to set the price of any service or product it offers in its store according to the recognized market value.
The store shall provide invoices, receipts, and acknowledgment slips for all amounts and profits generated in its store and is obliged to provide the consumer with a purchase invoice for any service or product.
The store shall provide the generally accepted accounting specifications in its electronic store in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, serving legal, economic, commercial, and organizational interests.
Article Nine – Intellectual Property:
The intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, whether they existed before or after the establishment of this platform
The consumer shall respect the store’s intellectual property rights, including the store’s name, words, logos, and other symbols associated with or displayed on the store. All rights associated with the store’s name are fully owned intellectual property of the store.
Article Ten – Store Liability:
- The store shall conduct its commercial operations on this electronic platform in an orderly manner and in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as the provisions of this agreement.
The store shall not be liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether directly, indirectly, incidentally, or caused by the consumer or by third parties such as shipping companies.
The store, its personnel, owners, and representatives shall ensure that the (product or service) is safe, legal, and authorized under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and used for lawful purposes.
Regarding the publication of experimental research (Experimental Design) and systematic review studies (Systematic Review), the store commits to publishing within six months from the last submission in the respective research journal.
Registration fees for courses are non-refundable after payment, so it is recommended to ensure availability and commitment before registering.
Article Eleven – Restriction of Access or Membership:
The store may suspend or cancel a consumer’s membership or restrict their access to the platform’s services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, and without limitation.
Article Twelve – Governing Law:
This Terms of Use Agreement is governed by and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is fully and exclusively subject to the legal framework enforced by the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Thirteen – General Provisions:
If any clause or provision of this Terms of Use Agreement is canceled or becomes invalid, such occurrence shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, provisions, and rules of this Agreement, which shall remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
This Terms of Use Agreement – which may be amended from time to time as necessary – constitutes the mechanism of use, understanding, agreement, and contract between the store and the consumer. Both parties agree to consider the following:
- The Arabic language is the official language for interpreting the provisions of this Agreement or when translating it into another language.
All prices displayed for the store’s services or products may be adjusted from time to time.
Promotional or marketing offers provided by the store are temporary, and the store reserves the right to modify or discontinue these offers at any time.
The parties to this Agreement shall conduct their dealings in a manner that does not violate Sharia rules, regulations, or applicable laws related to the nature of the relationship between the store and the consumer.
This Terms of Use Agreement may only be canceled by a decision issued by the store management
